, a rapidly growing construction company specializing in traffic control, signage, striping, guardrail, fence and miscellaneous steel erection is looking to add a qualified individual to manage the operations of the fence, guardrail and misc.

Requirements; Minimum of 2-3 years (will train the right candidate) of management experience in commercial and public works construction - preferably in a related field (or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience).
Able to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and manage multiple projects.
Able to read, understand, and interpret technical specifications and special provisions.
Able to problem solve independently (and be pro-active in problem-solving).
Able to maintain confidentiality of all company proprietary information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Very strong organizational skills.
Able to prioritize workloads efficiently and work independently.
Able to work well and maintain composure under pressure.
Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite of programs as well as the various online plan rooms a plus.
Valid Driver's License Duties &
Responsibilities:
Review, understand and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and special provisions.
Prepare break-down of materials and coordinate with shop to pull material for projects.
Coordinate delivers of materials and equipment to jobsites.
Review timesheets daily.
Schedule manpower and equipment on a daily basis for all fence, guardrail and steel erection crews.
Identification and preparation of Requests for Information.
Perform project site visits and coordinate with project managers and onsite superintendents.
Assisting with resolution of various project issues or warranty items.
Attendance at job walks, site meetings, or other meetings.
Assist in preparing material submittals and shop drawings (and gather product data and information for submission on awarded projects).
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates including subcontractor/self-perform analysis Source subcontractors for any subcontracted items of work.
Source new suppliers/vendors for non-typical items of work.
Must have a great work ethic and clear understanding on how to be a team player.
